North American Shipping

NaturoPet ships to all 48 contiguous U.S. states, plus the District of Columbia, Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.

All orders are shipped with UPS, USPS, FedEx or Canada Post.

Please note NaturoPet can deliver to your residential address or place of employment, but we do not deliver to a P.O. Box address for security and due to our package sizing.

International Shipping

NaturoPet now ships worldwide! If you are located outside of North America and are interested in purchasing our pet products, please contact us for custom shipping! Due to the recent volatile shipping rates, we'll provide customized options for the most cost-effective carriers based on your order and location.

International Shipping on Amazon

Our products are also available worldwide through Amazon.com! During the checkout process, you'll have the option to choose global delivery. Regardless of your location, you can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days from our Amazon storefront! Please note NaturoPet is not responsible for the local taxes, customs and/or duties that your order may be subject to. 

Delivery

Please note orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Order processing occurs during our regular business hours from Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number for your reference. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information be made available by the carrier. Delivery dates will vary based on location, however the items will generally arrive within 2-8 business days. Kindly note that processing and shipping time may be delayed during the holiday season.

If you haven't received your order within 5 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please send us an email at info@mynaturopet.com and we'll gladly provide the status of your order!
