1. What are the benefits of a natural pet bed?

Besides promoting sustainability, there are numerous benefits of natural pet bedding. Most pet mattresses contain chemical flame-retardants, petrochemicals, VOCs and other harmful toxins that put your pets and potentially your family at risk. Additionally, your beloved pet's center of gravity is close to the ground, which is where the peak of toxic off-gassing is found. Keep your four-legged friend happy, comfortable and healthy with our natural and organic American-made pet beds!

2. How do I clean the outer cover?

Great question! We expertly designed our pet beds with you in mind. Our pet bed features a durable zippered outer cover that is removable and washable. Simply unzip the outer cover, machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Our covers add soft and luxurious support for your furry friends, while protecting from dirt, spills and stains. 

3. How do I deep clean the bed?

If there is a spot you are looking to treat on the inner part of the bed, our deep cleaning suggestion would be to wet the affected area with hydrogen peroxide (please note that peroxide may cause lightening of the fabric). As the area becomes dry, you will see the stains disappear. Stubborn stains may require this step to be done more than once. If the stain is large, we recommend putting the stained portion into a sink or tub, apply a biodegradable detergent and run water through the affected area. Please keep in mind that wool is very absorbent, so try not to immerse the entire item in the water. Following this, dry in the sun or a warm place or, place the soaked area between two towels and press the excess moisture out. Make sure not to wring, or machine dry!

4. Where are your pet products made?

Our natural pet beds are proudly handcrafted with care in the USA and our NaturoSpray is made in Canada, as we strive to provide superior quality pet products. Our pet beds also contain natural materials like organic cotton and premium eco wool that are sourced in the USA. A high quality standard comes with the “MADE IN USA” tag. With North American-made pet products, you can expect quality, durability and longevity.

5. How do you harvest your wool?

Animal welfare is one of the roots of our brand. Our eco wool is sheared from sheep that are humanely raised in the USA. Shearing is like getting a haircut and causes absolutely no harm to the sheep. In fact, sheep need to be sheared regularly in order to keep cool and avoid developing severe health problems! We only use the best quality natural wool from U.S. farmers who care about the wellbeing, safety and care of their sheep.

6. Where do you ship your products?

At the moment, we ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states, plus the District of Columbia, Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. If you do not see your location available at checkout, just reach out to us and we'll find the least costly shipping solution!

7. Do you donate to pet shelters and other pet-related organizations?

At NaturoPet, we strive to provide every pet the chance they deserve to be loved and to benefit from natural products. Our mission is to support programs nationwide that save the lives of homeless pets and promote creating and sustaining a healthy community for pets and people. A portion of our proceeds is donated to shelters and Non-Profit Organizations across America. 8. What if it's taking long for my pet to warm up to his new bed?

If you want your dog or cat to adore their bed, the first step is choosing the right one. Our pet beds are handcrafted in the USA with natural materials, offering orthopedic support and superior comfort. With a few easy tricks, we're confident your pet will be instantly attracted to the Natural Virgin Wool and orthopedic benefits of our beds. Nonetheless, some dogs take a bit longer than others to warm up to a new bed.

9. What is your return policy?

At NaturoPet, our success is determined by the happiness of the pets and people we serve. We back that up with our return policies as well. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days. Depending on the situation, we will give you a full refund, replacement or donate them item to your local charity. 10. Can you make customized bed sizes?

You bet! Our natural and organic pet beds are handcrafted as we receive an order, therefore we can accommodate custom orders. If you're interested in a custom natural pet bed, simply send us an email and we'll send you a quote within 24 hours!

Here are a few common custom order requests:

1. Specific sizing that we do not currently sell online, such as XS, XL, or XXL. 
2. Different color covers. You'd be surprised the amount of color options we have!

11. How do you ship your products?

Our pet products are shipped without any plastics or added shipping materials to help preserve our planet and minimize our ecological footprint. Simply let us know if you'd like a little extra protection and we'll include a biodegradable bag free of charge!
